A traffic impact assessment and transport management plan were prepared to meet the approval requirements of Wyong Shire Council for the proposed expansion of an existing call centre in the Tuggerah Industrial Precinct.

This project involved an initial Traffic Control Plan (TCP) for the project and then on-going alterations and reviews to ensure safety was maintained as the project evolved.

The on-going development in Tea Gardens has significantly increased the residential population of this popular sea side area, and our assessment successfully argued for reduced traffic generation rates.

The on-going development of the Bathers Way walking track along the coast line in Newcastle has required a review at a number of locations with regard to traffic, parking and pedestrian impacts.
